Would you like to gain the knowledge and skills required to work as a Builder, Construction Manager or Foreman? The CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) has been designed for experienced tradespeople who want to attain formal licensing or registration as a building professional.
Throughout the course students will learn from expert trainers who have years of real world experience, looking at the overall construction of low-rise buildings, including the selection of contractors, overseeing the work and its quality, and liaising with clients. On successful completion, students will gain a Nationally Recognised Training qualification in Building and Construction, which is a requirement of any building license application.
The CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) will provide students with skills that are relevant to current industry trends and practices, learning how to plan, coordinate and complete a small to medium sized building project from start to finish.
Construction Trade Qualifications (CTQ) will provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the building and construction industry. If you are ready to take the next step in your career, then this is the course for you!

NSW Smart and Skilled
Smart and Skilled funding is helping people in NSW get the skills they need to advance their careers. You can determine your eligibility for Smart and Skilled training via the Eligibility Checker.
Smart and Skilled provides eligible students with:
- An entitlement to government-subsidies training up to and including Certificate III
- Government funding for higher-level courses (Certificate IV and above) in targeted priority areas.
Prior to being accepted into this course as a Smart and Skilled student, you will need to contact CTQ for a finalised eligibility entitlement quotation. Please note that enquiring about the Smart and Skilled subsidy does not guarantee you a position within this course.
This training is subsidised by the NSW Government.

Note: All fee paying students are required to pay a minimum $500 deposit prior to any course commencing. No payment above $1,500 is allowed due our standards. Students have the option of a payment plan by Ezidebit.
