The CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) has been designed for experienced tradespeople who want to attain formal licensing or registration as a building professional and meets the nationwide education requirements for registration as a licensed builder*.

Throughout the course students will learn from expert trainers who have years of real-world experience, looking at the overall construction of low-rise buildings, including the selection of contractors, overseeing the work and its quality, and liaising with clients.

The CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) will provide students with skills that are relevant to current industry trends and practices, learning how to plan, coordinate and complete a small to medium sized building project from start to finish.

On successful completion, students will have gained the diverse range of skills needed to work with contractors, manage risk and supervise work to a high standard and a Nationally Recognised Training qualification in Building and Construction, which is a requirement of any building license application.
